Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

Begin your unforgettable 3-day desert tour from Fes to Marrakech with a morning departure at 7:30 AM from your hotel or riad in Fes. Our first destination is the charming alpine-style town of Ifrane, often referred to as the "Switzerland of Morocco" due to its unique European architecture and clean surroundings.
Continue your journey through the Middle Atlas cedar forest, home to the playful Barbary macaques. After a scenic lunch stop near Midelt, we head south, crossing the impressive High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy a brief photo stop at the panoramic Ziz Valley, known for its vast date palm groves.
As the sun begins to dip, arrive at the edge of the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. Mount your camel for a magical ride across the golden sands and witness an awe-inspiring desert sunset. At your luxury desert camp, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner followed by a live music performance with drums and castanets. End the night in a comfortable ensuite tent under the star-filled sky.
Day 2: Merzouga Desert – Erfoud – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

Wake early for an optional climb of the dunes to catch a spectacular Sahara sunrise. After breakfast and a shower at camp, set off westward through Erfoud, a town famous for its fossil workshops and dates.
Continue toward the stunning Todra Gorge, a favorite location for climbers thanks to its towering cliffs and scenic beauty. After stretching your legs in the canyon, we travel through the rocky landscapes to reach the lush and peaceful Dades Valley, where you’ll spend the night in a cozy Riad or hotel surrounded by nature.
Day 3: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, journey on toward Ouarzazate, famously nicknamed the "Hollywood of Africa." Visit or pass by the Atlas Film Studios, where movies such as Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, and Prince of Persia were filmed.
Next, take a guided walking tour of the historic fortified village of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its earthen clay architecture and cinematic fame. From here, continue your adventure through the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), offering stunning views of the High Atlas Mountains.
By late afternoon or early evening, we arrive in Marrakech, marking the end of your 3-day Moroccan desert experience.
