3 Days Desert Tour from Fes

Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

Your adventure begins with a 7:30 AM pickup from your hotel or Riad in Fes by your personal driver-guide. Our early start ensures we reach the breathtaking Sahara dunes of Merzouga before sunset. The journey begins with a scenic drive through the Saiss plains toward the alpine-style town of Ifrane, often called the "Switzerland of Morocco" due to its European architecture and clean atmosphere.
Next, we pass through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas Mountains, home to wild Barbary macaques, offering opportunities for photos and short walks. After a relaxing lunch stop near Midelt, we cross the dramatic landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains, descending into the palm-fringed Ziz Valley. In the late afternoon, we reach the vast dunes of Erg Chebbi.
